In an amazing display of technical ingenuity and creative expression, artist Daniel Rozin created a “mirror” from 450 plush toy penguins. The mirror works by taking a video of visitors as they pass in front of the penguins, and then using the high contrast black and white sides as a monochrome display. The effect is definitely something out of the world and totally mesmerizing.

Daniel says, “Playing with the compositional possibilities of black and white, each penguin turns from side to side and responds to the presence of an audience.
